Midwest My Home

These are film photos from my home, the Midwest. I am from eastern Iowa and attend college in Southeast Minnesota. Much of my photographic work depicts the driftless area of Northeast Iowa, Southeast Minnesota, and Southwest Wisconsin. It also depicts many ecosystems outside the driftless area like the big woods and various prairie environments. I find midwestern landscapes to be too often overlooked and too seldom appreciated. I hope that my photos can inspire others to care about these places that many people don't give a second thought.
